A bitter sweet day I was in a horrible wreck three days before having to go car shopping and yes I was still shaken but needed to get a car. When we arrived the one young man who came to see how he could help me had such a caring and understanding way after hearing about my experience earlier that week. He was kind and patient, even when I had a bit of a melt down after getting in a car to test drive and becoming emotional about going into traffic. The kindness shown by him as well as the other people I dealt with at the Ford dealer in Tyler was something I will never forget.
