Never had issues before until the past couple months. Prepaid an oil package plan & I am always being charged then I have to explain plan everytime for them to fix it. My oil changes are being done in 15 minutes or less which isn't an issue but my oil light will remain on still & im never told if anything on my car will need to be replaced soon anymore. The guys working the service area (younger ones) just rush you in & out to where i cant even name who i was serviced by this last time. They used to clean your car for services as well & it's never offered anymore. I drive an hour to Denver for my services the least they can do is welcome you in. More
