Horrible Service Brought my Wrangler in for a check engine light. Dropped the car on Sunday afternoon (so wo an appt). Received a call on Monday am advising they recei Brought my Wrangler in for a check engine light. Dropped the car on Sunday afternoon (so wo an appt). Received a call on Monday am advising they received my key and note with the issue. Said they would take a look and let me know, but not that day. I called Tuesday afternoon to get a status. Still had not looked at it. No big deal. Called Friday late afternoon and was told that since I'd dropped the car wo an appt, it is not uncommon for the vehicle to sit for up to 2 1/2 wks or longer before it would be evaluated. Mind you, this is all warranty. Phoned to pick the car up on Saturday to take it elsewhere and was told the battery is now dead, the engine coolant had leaked out as well as the transmission fluid. It is undriveable. Wow. The service guy said he would now escalate my ticket to first thing Monday morning(now into the next week). I called Monday right before lunch and was told it still had not been looked at and to maybe wait until 4pm that day or Tuesday by lunch. I phoned on Tuesday (why am I the one calling?)at lunch and guess what......no one has looked at it. Received a call around 2pm on Tuesday and was told to pick it up after 4pm. Since the battery was not under warranty (maintenance) and neither was the oil change (also maintenance) I could not get a final total of the bill except for the beforehand knowledge that I have a $100 deductible for the warranty. Really???? When I went to pick up the car well after 4pm, the paperwork never made it to the cashier. That was a 20 minute stand around whats your name, please spell your name, what kind of car, and who told you to come, wait. Geez. And lastly, I never received an apology and my bill was $526.50. Thanks. More
The service department is really striving to improve. I read the reviews about the service department before I made my appointment and with a little trepidation still made the appointment. I was pleasantly surprised at the short wait, the friendliness of the service people and their attention to details. The service associate that waited on me kept me up to date on all progress and diagnosis. The actual time for checking in and getting my car back was reasonable for the problem that my Jeep had. More

And my truck is still making the same noise after four weeks into service. So I am bringing it back as soon as possible or they are going to come and get it with a tow truck More
Terrible service My 2017 Jeep Renegade’s check engine light came on about a month ago, my husband took it in not thinking that they would be so busy he needed an appoi My 2017 Jeep Renegade’s check engine light came on about a month ago, my husband took it in not thinking that they would be so busy he needed an appointment, okay understandable... but for the appointment to be three weeks later is outrageous. You mean to tell me I have to drive a truck with a check engine light for this long not knowing what the problem could be, risking being left in the middle of no where if my car has something seriously wrong.... Well my appointment date finally came and an oil change was also needed, so the oil change was done and The check engine light was off THREE HOURS LATER!(what is the point of an appointment if it is still going to take this long for a job my husband could have done in 20min) Well it hasn’t even been 20 miles later and my check engine light is back on! Wth was done? Just an oil change and a routine check of the thrice overall. The appointment i had for my truck was to fix the check engine light and it hasn’t even been looked at from what i can tell. I’m furious about this and would much rather go somewhere else or have someone I know and trust to take care my vehicle’s maintenance needs. I will not be back to this location again! More

Three hour wait to get a oil change. Went in Friday @ 4:30 service advisor said sorry were too busy. We do not have enough people to change your oil Come back Saturday after 10.
