Very frustrated I waited 2-1/2 hrs for my 2500HD ram to be serviced through the express lane. I expressed to service tech the vehicle is a fleet truck and has been s I waited 2-1/2 hrs for my 2500HD ram to be serviced through the express lane. I expressed to service tech the vehicle is a fleet truck and has been serviced by Tyson 3 times before this visit and I leave my fleet card with him to authorize the service while it is being performed with Element. He refused doing so and caused me the extra 1/2 hr delay after service was completed. I was very frustrated watching the waiting room empty out even vehicles brought in after mine within an hour. I also had the check engine light on vehicle but they refused to look at it since I was in the express lane. The great thing is they said it would take 2-3 weeks to schedule vehicle in to look at the issue. REALLY! I wanted to talk to a service manager about being frustrated and the waste of my time and cashier told me to go to the service area to request that. Then some service guy asked me why I want to talk to a service manager multiple times asking what it is about which further pushed me out the door to never return. I arrived @ 9:30 am & left @ 12.12 pm. I called Naperville Dodge upon leaving and they expressed they hear the complaints about Tyson. They got my vehicle scheduled within the week and check engine light issue fixed with great service and no delays since its a warranty issue. More
Unorganized I arrived at Tyson around 7:30am for an oil change and tire rotation. Two hours later I am still sitting in the waiting area wondering what is taking so long. Just before 10am I approach the mechanic in charge to ask him how much longer it will be. He replied back to me, thinking I was a different customer, though I gave him my name several times. He then told me my paperwork was missing and they couldn't find my car. After they located my car I was then told they were working on it. By now it's 10am, so I asked why it took so long. I was told there were 15 cars ahead of me. This is highly unlikely. Fifteen cars showed up in one hour? I doubt that very much. I will not go back to Tyson. More
Great service I needed my oil pan fixed and they checked to see if I was still under warranty. Wasn't my first choice but it should have been. I am writing this review to show my appreciation of your Service Director, Danny Galvan. This review is based on my dealings with Tyson Motors while I am writing this review to show my appreciation of your Service Director, Danny Galvan. This review is based on my dealings with Tyson Motors while they had my car for Major Service/Warranty Work. First off, I am very picky when needing service on my specialized vehicle and I looked for recommendations of where to have my car serviced from others within the Dodge community. Unfortunately, I was recommended to visit a different dealership for my service issue. I have now realized I made a mistake with following that recommendation and I should have brought my Dodge to Tyson when the issue first occurred. Even though the situation was tough and escalated through SRT, Danny took the reins and led me, as well as others, to get my car fixed. My first interaction with Danny was a cold call, as he didn’t know me or my situation, and I was surprised with our phone conversation as I wasn’t the friendliest person towards him. However, I didn’t feel like I was a “number” waiting in line whatsoever and Danny was truly there to help me. He listened to everything I had to say, interacted as needed, and let me know what to expect when I would be dropping off my car in correlation to a Field Engineer being available to look my car over. I arrived for my appointment, but unfortunately I missed Danny to meet him face-to-face. I spoke with Jack Asher and he was already informed of my situation. He took care of getting me a loaner vehicle and updated me that the Field Engineer would be a day later than originally planned. I was still a little skeptical about everything, as I didn’t get to talk to Danny, but Danny called me the next day to go over what was going to happen. This made me feel a little better as knowing what is going on means a lot to me; whether it being good or bad news. I had asked Danny if he could please keep me updated on the status of my car while he was working on it. While I thought he was just saying he would to “keep me happy”, he went above and beyond my expectations . This really helped relieve some of the anxiety I was experiencing due to the extent of warranty work that had to be done and my first time working with your service department. I believe when someone goes out of their way to take care of their customer it should be recognized. Most people just go about their business and never say thank you as they just expect the work to be completed. Thank you Danny, Jack, and Franco for having respect for your customers and putting Customer Service first! More

Worst dealer go to Bettenhausen I've bought 2 vehicles with Tyson motors and there service dept is a joke! Poor Service Deparment Dropped my car off on 3/28/17 to have thermostat fixed on 3/29/17. Called at 3:30 on 3/29 and my far is not fixed or has not been looked at. Had to re-arrange my entire day without having a 2nd car and now I have to re-arrange another day because they do not have enough trans people to fix me car. Very, very disappointed in the customer service I received. I have bought many, many cars from Tyson and this is by far the worse experience I have ever had in the service department. More

After two hours recall completed to complete a wireless key replacement. More
