The people where nice but I was constantly lied too. I kept being told my car would be fixed by a certain date but when the day arrived they changed the date. I understand you’re busy, if you are unsure I kept being told my car would be fixed by a certain date but when the day arrived they changed the date. I understand you’re busy, if you are unsure when a car will be fixed say so and keep me updated about the progress. Don’t lie about when it’ll be done. People have work to plan around to pick up a car and this is a college town where a lot of us have classes to plan around. Which means telling people it’ll be done on a day result in them making plans to pick it up (leaving work early etc) and when you cannot finish the project by the day you said it would be done creates issues for your customers.
