The actual service- oil change/tire rotation was fine, the problem is the new policy regarding prepaid services. I paid for the 3- oil change/ tire rotation when I owned my 2020 Colorado, had only used 2 the problem is the new policy regarding prepaid services. I paid for the 3- oil change/ tire rotation when I owned my 2020 Colorado, had only used 2 when I traded in for my 2024 Colorado. I purchased both vehicles from UJ(Actually have purchased my last 4 vehicles from UJ- starting in 2015)....I was told yesterday that the prepay was not transferable, which is absurd... same vehicle class and same owner- you can see in your records they were both purchased there and clearly see that I traded in.... the device SHOULD follow the owner provided same class/ items needed. Please re-evaluate your policy. At this point I would never purchase a prepay again.... Good forbid what if the vehicle was totalled before using.. then I was told it would be refunded- but only about 75% of what I paid which is insulting. UJ/Chevy-DO BETTER More
