3rd time I have had a fuel cap issue. They were supposed to change it at the 10k mile service. They didn’t change it.. I will not pick up until it is changed. Service has not been good. More

3rd time I have had a fuel cap issue. They were supposed to change it at the 10k mile service. They didn’t change it. I will not pick up until it is changed. I also have a 2024 Tacoma and a 2023 Highlander, and I don't have this loose fuel cap issue with either of these vehicles. I work at Toyota Indiana in the repair department, and I have not been leaving the fuel cap loose. I have double checked and triple checked it every time I add gas. Service has not been good. Probably change back to using Kenny Kent service after this incident.

Also, Adam has not called me back to discuss. I called Uebelhor 3 times on 11-3-25 and left messages. I never received a return call.
