Lost confidence I was a gigantic fan of the service department until after about 70 service jobs they said the frame of my truck was rusting to pieces. The entire und I was a gigantic fan of the service department until after about 70 service jobs they said the frame of my truck was rusting to pieces. The entire underside of the truck is rusted through. The shock has pushed through the bed of the truck and that was shortly after they had been replaced. Seems like this could have been addressed way sooner. Other people I've heard have been offered new frames but not us. After 20 plus years of being serviced here exclusively it was a gigantic blow to our relationship and my truck has never been back More
