Phil Clemmer was Awesome We started looking for a car to replace our 2008 Tahoe. We had worked with Phil earlier this spring and although we did not buy the first time, we re We started looking for a car to replace our 2008 Tahoe. We had worked with Phil earlier this spring and although we did not buy the first time, we remembered how hard he worked and how easy he was to work with. When we found what we thought we wanted at Uftring Weston, we immediately got ahold of Phil and started the process. We ended up choosing a 2010 Cadillac CTS4 but the previous owners had smoked in it some. Long story short, while we loved the car, the slight smoke smell was a deal breaker. Phil agreed to "bomb" the car and also replaced the cabin filter himself to ensure the smell would be removed. Again, this young man is the hardest working sales consultant I have ever worked with. The car is perfect and we were very happy with how the deal went overall. One interesting note, we were looking at the car and Gary Uftring strolled in at the used location on University. He immediately asked if I needed any help and stopped to make time to ensure I was being taken care of. I think his continued zeal for customer service makes Uftring dealerships the model by which others could learn. No matter how big you get, the customer is your ultimate resource. More
