Sold us a Maserati and a Mercedes Benz 10/28/19 check engine lights came on on both vehicles within 3 days of purchase. We took them back to Ultimo they had our vehicles for 2 days and they were not repa engine lights came on on both vehicles within 3 days of purchase. We took them back to Ultimo they had our vehicles for 2 days and they were not repaired and we have to go back when the parts come in. I can’t believe they didn’t offer any type of compensation considering the fact they sold us faulty vehicles and we had to UBer back to Indiana on the count of them saying the Maserati would be 1 hour to repair and the Mercedes would be 3. This has been the worst buying experience we have ever experienced. More

All of the folks I had dealings with were interested in my needs and wants in a car, and made the whole experience one of the most enjoyable purchases I have made. I feel I was treated fairly and honestly], which is a something that is tough to come by in a car buying experience. Promises, promises... classic used car dealer!! Real nice car inventory but it stops there... They get there check and communications fall off the face of the earth. Sold me a Porsche with a cleared check engine light (CEL) that had 3 codes!! 5 minutes into my first drive, CEL comes on!! Long story short, the manager Al told me to get it looked into and repair it and promised me a reimbursement check 2 months ago. $1550 dollars later, never took any of my calls and NEVER GOT THE PROMISED CHECK!!! BUYERS BEWARE, read all reviews from this place. More
