Very pleasant to deal with a no-pressure situation. Lucas was great! There was never the 'I have 5 other people with appointments to see this car' type pressure or any other 'hard sells' which I reall Lucas was great! The MSRP Price on the website was 100% honored which is also highly appreciated to not have the typical 'market adjustment' mark ups that started happening with the Covid supply chain issues. After a 2 hour drive to get to the dealership I was dreading potential 'bait and switch' I experienced at other dealerships and that simply didn't happen which was not only a relief but helped make the buying experience that much more relaxed and pleasurable.
