I was very stressed out and apprehensive when I came in for service. I was expecting the worst and i'm sure had I gone to the local mechanic they would have easily ripped me off under the circumstances. Tu for service. Turns out my problem was very minor, and instead of taking the opportunity to get over on a customer, my service agent was honest and it really made me feel like there are still some good people in the world. Even though I was apprehensive, I was still treated kindly. You never know what kind of day someone can be having, and just showing a little kindness can make a world of difference.
