I was greeted promptly.. Joel immediately diagnosed the problem and scheduled an appointment. The part took a day longer to arrive, so Joel arranged for a loaner car. Neil was very helpful. I was very angry with the initial service I received. He solved the problem. My AC was fixed promptly. When my car was returned it was even given a wash and inside vacuuming. Now I find myself turning the AC down because I’m getting chilly. 😆. Trust me, too cold is better than too hot! More
