I always enjoy having my oil change here. This time it was different. I heard some noises after starting my vehicle. The next day the engine light came on. So I took it to Autozone for a diagnostic and got a print out. Monday I brought it to you guys. I showed him the print out and explained that it happened after my oil change. He yet said I had to pay for diagnostic. I was surprised that with my concern that it might of been a problem made by the person that did the oil change it was still on me financially. I’m going to try elsewhere for service. Thank you. More

When I purchased my car the guy who had me sign the contract fraudulently added a $2500 additional warranty without my consent. (It was a Spark and it already came with a 3 year warranty. Plus for a car at that price point that additional warranty would only be purchased by an idiot) I never asked for it nor agreed to it. He added it in on his own and lied about it. I had to fight for months to get the money back. The dealership admitted their “mistake”, and you know what their best effort to make it right was? 3 $10 gas cards. Yeah. Kind of insulting right?
