Lucas and Stewart are fantastic, they have taken care of us with the last 5 cars we have purchased. That said, the new management team seems to forget they are in the customer service business and this las us with the last 5 cars we have purchased. My daughter was in an accident and Lucas was great to find us a replacement vehicle quickly. While I was out of town the day management wanted to complete the transaction, they refused to hold the vehicle overnight for me to sign for. This led to a series of negative dominoes to fall, and ultimately a horrible buying experience. I hope new management figures this out and would appreciate an apology. Or Andrew will have lost a lifetime customer. More
