Everytime the service department recommends service that isnt needed at all or for thousands of miles. I only had my car in 3 times for oil changes after purchasing in Appleton. The first time so much oil w isnt needed at all or for thousands of miles. I only had my car in 3 times for oil changes after purchasing in Appleton. The first time so much oil was spilled on the engine block that there was so much smoke Sergi had to wash the engine himself. The second time he recommended new tires 10000 miles before their life and claimed some crap about dry rot. Then the last time I came in for the new tires and an oil change. This time I was told I needed new breaks and rotors on the fronts, for $529 lol what a ridiculous price for only the front brakes and rotors. The rotors are in almost perfect condition and clearly don't need to be replaced. After arguing with service and being upset by such terrible business practices he broke down and admitted I have decent life on the brakes and don't need to be done right away. So which is? Then the icing on the cake. I always dealt and made decisions with service. This last time my wife dropped the car off and he asked her if she wanted an alignment, without explaining any cost with it. I picked up the car and had an extra $100 charge for something I didn't authorize. The alignment was fine and didn't need adjustment. I confirmed this by looking at the adjustment nuts on the tie rods. No wrench was ever on them. So I was charged $100 for nothing. Service offered a free oil change next time. After these xxxxty experiences with your dishonest money hungry service department, why would I ever come back? I told service all I want is honest business, that is obviously not going to come from the andrew Chevrolet service deparment. More

I received a text that I was due for an oil change. I asked if this was on my 2019 and the reply was yes do I scheduled an appt. When I came in I was told it was for my 2020 equinox but then was told my asked if this was on my 2019 and the reply was yes do I scheduled an appt. When I came in I was told it was for my 2020 equinox but then was told my 2019 was due. This turned out not to be true and I had an oil change done on the wrong vehicle. The next day I received a text stating I didn't keep my appointment. Now I still need to bring in my 2020. What a mix up. Couldn't seem to get a straight answer from Joel More
