I understand that it is a used vehicle however 10 days after purchasing the vehicle it needed a new water pumped which I had to pay for and now ever. I went in looking for a new small SUV, I explained what and why I was looking for. I also explained that I did not want to play games with pricing. Just give me your best price upfront. The numbers she and her manager came up with for a two year old car seemed out of line. By this time two hours had elapsed, the trade in value was the lowest of the three I had received, and I decided it was time to go, as I was getting overwhelmed by the noise. She indicated that she would follow up with me later that day. Not only did I not hear from her that day, but I have yet to hear anything. A complete waste of my afternoon and a visit. I had high expectations going in as this is where I got my last vehicle from. I believe I selected the proper name of the person I worked with. More
