Overall the experience was good. The sales department were friendly. Nobody was overly pushing me into purchasing the vehicle. The offer for my trade in was a couple thousand more then what I evaluated t were friendly. Nobody was overly pushing me into purchasing the vehicle. My car was under warranty however, I was charged $100 for a computer diagnostic that should have been covered under the warranty. I was also told that there was a major oil leak and coolant leak both of whi a computer diagnostic that should have been covered under the warranty. I was also told that there was a major oil leak and coolant leak both of which were and still are not true. Had we listened to the service writer we would have had repairs done that were not needed. There was a minimal amount of oil under the engine but that is normal seepage and no noticable coolant leak detected. I will be buying a car in the near future. Andrew chevrolet may be on my list but I will not utilize the service department by any means. More
