Walter was first to approach me, my mom and my 3 young children we got to the dealership. I had thoughts of getting a car for awhile but wasn't sure I was going to get one that night. I gave him 101 stipulations on what I wanted my car to look like and the amenities I wanted it to have. I was not very easy! He brought around a car that didnt have a photo online, and was over what I thought I could get for the monthly payment. We test drove it and it was everything I wanted. The dealership worked with me on price and I ended up purchasing this car. I think Walter was great and took his time with us even though it was right at the end of the night. Walter made the process pretty simple and quick! The staff we encountered was very friendly! They could only find 1 of my keys and Walter said he would be in touch about the 2nd key. I got a call the very next day and they actually delivered the second set right to my door about 15 minutes after getting off the phone! Thank you! More
