I was treated like a peasant with only one option to buy a car with over 77000 miles or leave. Poor service by ST.Daniels, I feel like he could have given more options. And I was told by Alex that I had to get GAP per the lender(Landmark Credit Union) which was not true. I later cancelled the Gap insurance and it was effectively canceled October 15th, 2020 but $895.00 has not been returned to my lender. I was patient and respectful to everyone that I worked with at Andrew Chevrolet and I was treated like garbage in return. The vehicle I purchased had scratches and scrapes which I recorded by going completely around the car before I left. I was made to feel like I should be glad that I was even given anything. I feel like with my credit I deserved a better vehicle. I wished I had of went to the Toyota building to work with Prentis which I was trying to before I was derailed by ST Daniels and his sidekick. If I had to do it over again, I would not have went to the Chevy Building. More

The first two purchase prices he gave us where more than what was online. He then would not give us what the purchase price was. He was just concerned about payment price and down payment. When we got home we looked into finance contract and found the purchase price had gone up from what the online price. We did not add any other services so the price should’ve been the price! More

Our 16-year old car had become unreliable because it would sometimes fail to start. Andrew Chevrolet was able to find a fault code that told them which part needed to be replaced.
