Always have a good experience with the service department but customer service elsewhere has not been great. After my last appointment I’ve spoken with 4 different people about the dent that came with my car but customer service elsewhere has not been great. After my last appointment I’ve spoken with 4 different people about the dent that came with my car that Lucas had never mentioned (I have a picture from 15 minutes after I leased the car AND called to leave a voicemail that night. Also spoke to Tony, a manager, and two service people about it and nothing has been done.) I’m growing frustrated as this is not something I did nor will be paying for. I’ve reached out many times, had my name taken down, and so on and have heard nothing back. More
