The service person I Was dealing with was very very rude got charge for putting the machine on my truck and the machine supposed to tell them what’s Wrong and he didn’t the person that hooked it up to my tr got charge for putting the machine on my truck and the machine supposed to tell them what’s Wrong and he didn’t the person that hooked it up to my truck shortened out my alternator so I had to go buy a new one and put it in Myself and a friend I also talk to the manager and he was very disrespectful I will never recommend anyone to come there I will also put this on Facebook for the horrible service When I drove my truck into the service bay it was the trash control light on and the stability track light on When JoeL called me He told me my engine pressure was low and that I would need a new motor when I got there they told me my battery light was on and when I drove up my battery light was not on they didn’t even bother turning the key and I first got there to see what code showed up on the dash I told him exactly what was wrong when I drove up The mechanic in the back done a horrible job More

Sergey was great. Although I was disappointed when I showed up to pick up my refund check and the cashier had told me it had been mailed when I specifically called Erica back and left a voicemail saying showed up to pick up my refund check and the cashier had told me it had been mailed when I specifically called Erica back and left a voicemail saying I would pick up the refund check, just to find out Erica hadn't mailed it and I had to come all the way back to the dealership to pick up the check I was already there over the weekend to get.
