routine oil change My appointment was automatically scheduled for me. I found out when I received an email about it. So I went in at my scheduled appointment time. The attendant/service workers walked past me multiple times as I stood next to the desk with the check-in sign. When he finally acknowledged me, I told him why I was there. He stated that he doesn't know why they schedule appointments for them, they were too busy with first come first serve walk-in appointments, they were closing soon, and so on. He agreed to do the oil change anyway (sorry for the inconvenience). The change oil light was never reset, so I get email notices, and even phone calls reminding me to get an oil change, and not to mention that daily friendly reminder on my dash reading "change oil soon". Service definitely could use improvements. More
