You know I don't know the names of the receptionist who scheduled my appointments; or the one who printed off a rebate form for me; or the service rep who found the tire number for me so I could complete my rebate submission online; but they were instrumental in ensuring my experience was stress-free. I wish there was some way yo let them know I appreciated their customer service too. Overall. it was a shining example of what teamwork is all about.
