Great personality, explains everything, no high pressure, gets you the best deal, especially when you are a return customer like I am, etc. Going thru the finance portion has gone effortlessly (always helps to have a good credit rating), and that is a big plus also. On the service side of this review, when I have gone in for anything (mostly routine maintenance), the guys and gals back there treat you right and get you out as quickly as possible. I have been to many dealerships over the years and have had less than a "good experience" with the sales people, but the people I have dealt with at Andrew make you feel comfortable, and that makes everything go smoothly.
