From the moment I pulled into the garage everyone was very cordial. The cover was put on the back of my pick up truck and the lock for my bike rack. Told me that there were multiple very expensive things wrong with the car. Took it to another mechanic who couldn’t find any of that wrong. It’s been three weeks since I picked up my new truck. I also ordered a tarp for the bed of my pick up truck and no one is able to give me any response when it will be available to put on my truck. Andrew and I keep getting disconnected the after service for my purchase everything has been totally terrible. I left a message for the manager March 7 at 11:30 AM and no one has called me back yet. I left a text message for my salesman Nate on this past Friday and he has never responded to me other times I left messages for Nate. It’s OK days and days for him to get back to me. His follow up services been just terrible. More
