Took in our chev trailblAzer for a regular oil change using nonsynthetic oil for $19.95 using the $20.00 coupon that was emailed to us.they put in synthetic oil and charged $49.95 before the coupon. I received a text that I was due for an oil change. I asked if this was on my 2019 and the reply was yes do I scheduled an appt. When I came in I was told it was for my 2020 equinox but then was told my asked if this was on my 2019 and the reply was yes do I scheduled an appt. When I came in I was told it was for my 2020 equinox but then was told my 2019 was due. This turned out not to be true and I had an oil change done on the wrong vehicle. The next day I received a text stating I didn't keep my appointment. Now I still need to bring in my 2020. What a mix up. Couldn't seem to get a straight answer from Joel More
