I’ve said this several times so I’ll tell it again. I am not satisfied with the. cost of my repair. My trunk wasn’t opening so I brought it in for service. That repair costed me $350. Because my trunk latch wouldn’t release so I paid $350. I asked for an itemized statement and was told that they didn’t itemize the repair. The repairs was just done and I was given a bill. Of course I gave them my consent to make the repairs but the cost was ridiculous!! I could better understand the cost if It was a luxury car. More

Normally I am satisfied with this dealership. However, I recently had the worst experience. Approximately two weeks ago I went in for an oil change on my 2015 Chevy Equinox. Well, after waiting for an hour recently had the worst experience. Approximately two weeks ago I went in for an oil change on my 2015 Chevy Equinox. Well, after waiting for an hour and a half I finally inquired about my suv. To my surprise they mixed my ticket up with another car and claimed to had already completed my oil change. Although I was disappointed it was refreshing to see them show excellent customer service by not charging me for the service, so I was ecstatic. Unfortunately, this week my change oil soon light popped on. This leads me to believe my oil was never changed. I’ve called and left a message for the service manager twice and haven’t received a call back. Therefore, tomorrow after work I will be paying them a in person visit. I only get my oil changed from the dealership in hopes of not having these types of issues. I am disappointed and dissatisfied to say the least! More
