The attendant/service workers walked past me multiple times as I stood next to the desk with the check-in sign. When he finally acknowledged me, I told him why I was there. He stated that he doesn't know why they schedule appointments for them, they were too busy with first come first serve walk-in appointments, they were closing soon, and so on. He agreed to do the oil change anyway (sorry for the inconvenience). The change oil light was never reset, so I get email notices, and even phone calls reminding me to get an oil change, and not to mention that daily friendly reminder on my dash reading "change oil soon". Service definitely could use improvements. More

I especially appreciated having to make an appointment for my needs; instead of the usual first come-first served option, as it enabled me to schedule errands with a friend, which covered your company's servicing time for both appointments. You know I don't know the names of the receptionist who scheduled my appointments; or the one who printed off a rebate form for me; or the service rep who found the tire number for me so I could complete my rebate submission online; but they were instrumental in ensuring my experience was stress-free. I wish there was some way yo let them know I appreciated their customer service too. Overall. it was a shining example of what teamwork is all about. Lastly, not having freshly popped popcorn and hot coffee and Cocoa, helped me to appreciate how well taken care of we are while we wait. Thank you for caring. More
