He explained what had happened with an example of the actions taken at the time. He listened. In addition, I had to address the (wonderful) Parts , Department even though a new person. The speed of service in that department. was so surprising in Parts. My actual appointment was to have my new key programmed. The greeter, Milton, was friendly, courteous & funny. He helped me get some popcorn. My husband & small pet dog were with me too. All the salespeople, even a visiting Oscar Johnson were nice when they passed through the waiting room. The waiting room with the coffee and water were very appropriate as we watched TV.! More

Very expensive price! I came to get an oil change, and the price for a Chevrolet Trax was pretty expensive. $53.00. This is not a Cadillac. Courteous Staff! I forgot the manager's name who assist me but he listened to me and solved the issue I had with my car! Also, every time I take my car in for service I forgot the manager's name who assist me but he listened to me and solved the issue I had with my car! Also, every time I take my car in for service Sergey always assist me and he is always courteous and professional. However, the last time I was there Tyrone and another young gentleman whose name I didn't get were just as courteous and professional as Sergey. Excellent First Visit This was my first time at Andrew Chevrolet’s service department.
