Waste of time The service center is either overbooked or understaffed. I had an appointment for 8:30am for an oil change. At 10:30am I went to track down my car. They found my car had been done, but paperwork not processed, who knows how much longer I would have been kept waiting if I hadn't spoken up. Totally unexceptable for a simple oil change. Why even bother making appointments? The associate I spoke with even implied that because my car was only in for an oil change, it got ignored for "more important" service appointments. Totally unprofessional. More
