We have used this dealership for over 12 years with multiple cars and I’m super disappointed in the last three times we’ve been here. I would not recommend servicing a Chevrolet car here anymore. Every time I have regular maintenance done (oil change or new tires- my most recent visit) I have to bring it back bc there’s something else wrong. Standard service shouldn’t cause other issues. I’m so aggravated by my last visit. Tire pressure worked fine until you put all new tires on. In the future I will never buy new tires from you. I am going to find another dealer as I don’t have confidence in your technicians any longer. More

Dropped off my vehicle for an oil change and to check a slow leak in the tire. Horrible communication at Andrew Chevy and Toyota. Was told that an estimate was sent to my warranty company so i called the warranty company to find out nothing was submitted. The problem I brought my traverse in for was not even fixed because they cleared the code from the check engine and could not get it to come back on. More
