I came in for routine maintenance, oil change, and asked for them to top off all of my fluids. I also used a coupon for a free car wash. My fluids weren’t filled and my car wasn’t washed. I’ve brought my car in twice for similar issues and each time my car gets to them it mysteriously isn’t acting up anymore so there is nothing they can do to fix it. I just bought my car from them 3 months a time my car gets to them it mysteriously isn’t acting up anymore so there is nothing they can do to fix it. I just bought my car from them 3 months ago and have already had to bring it in twice. The first time the check engine light came on and went off while they had it and the mechanic said unfortunately I just had to keep driving it until something major happened so that they could pinpoint where the problem is. This week I was pulling into traffic and the car started acting up the brake stopped working all the lights came on it said it wasn’t parked when it was and wouldn’t let me shut it off. I had it towed to them the mechanic saw what I was talking about but then when the transmission tech started the car it was acting fine again so now I’m being told there is nothing they can do again. I don’t appreciate how I’m suppose to just keep driving this car that I literally just bought from them and risking my life because they keep telling me there is nothing they can do. More
