Scheduled oil change and inspection of rattling noise. Was told on phone rattling noise would be looked at. When I got there, service person said there would be no way they could inspect the rattling nois Was told on phone rattling noise would be looked at. When I got there, service person said there would be no way they could inspect the rattling noise that day. A friend at work went under my car and in 2 seconds found that it was the heat shield. Service person at visit encouraged me to take it to a Nissan dealer. Salesman when I bought the car said Andrew serviced all makes and models and stands behind their customers. Not the feeling I got that day, especially when salesman told me he would straighten everything out for me and call to follow up next day. So far crickets. Not to mention my credit union explained to me I could have gotten a car loan 2 points lower with them, but the salesman would not let me shop with them day I bought the car. That one's on me for being a sucker that day. I will not be back at Andrew for service or another vehicle. Thank you. More
