The service rep Kahla was excellent, she explained things well and kept me updated. The service seems to have been well done, however, they over charged me by $150.00 and charged an undisclosed environmental well and kept me updated. The service seems to have been well done, however, they over charged me by $150.00 and charged an undisclosed environmental fee that was a percentage of parts and labor, an absolutely ridiculous $40!! Lastly, I scheduled my appointment a week out and told them I would need a ride home. When I dropped off my van they gave me a ride home in what I later found out was their parts vehicle, it was in disrepair, the seats were ripped and there was grease all over and it smelled dirty, I was concerned that my clothes and shoes would get dirty as well. When I complained to the manager and said that I was going to give this poor review he said that it was only going to effect the Service rep who helped me. I hope not as she did nothing to earn a bad review, but I have a feeling this review will also effect their business when people are deciding on what dealership to use. It has already, because we won't be going back. More
