Andrew Toyota messed up my tires only took my car for regular maintenance got my car back it started driving rough. After driving my for a few days I thought to check the tire pressure and it was 49psi i regular maintenance got my car back it started driving rough. After driving my for a few days I thought to check the tire pressure and it was 49psi in each tire by this time I had already driven my car to O’Hara airport my rear tires have expanded causing lumps in the tires. When I took the vehicle back to Andrew I was told that I need a rear alignment and that’s what caused the lumps in the tires but I took my car to a different dealer and an alignment is not needed. Professional and the work they perform seems good. An opportunity for improvement is to follow through. If they had notified me while my car was being serviced I would have 100% authorized the repair. Not a big deal but just was an inconvenience for me to locate the correct bulb and change it myself.
