Andrew was great and a pleasure to deal with. I was not real happy about having to pay to install the running boards and the bug deflector. The dealership made the profit on the truck ( plus it I was not real happy about having to pay to install the running boards and the bug deflector. The dealership made the profit on the truck ( plus it helps in your allotment), you made a profit on selling the running boards and you made a profit on selling the bug deflector ( 100 dollars for a piece of plastic), and it would have been a nice gesture on your part to install them for free as I was a new customer and I by passed numerous dealerships to come to you . I also should have sold my trade in to carvana as they offered me more but I was mistaken on getting a fair deal for it from a dealership and when I came to pick up the 4 runner I had no way of getting both home or a ride back to pick it up. More
