The customer service department’s Willie was awesome! He got me in right away when my car suddenly started shaking if I drove over 25 mph; explained everything in detail and eased my worries, and got the pa got me in right away when my car suddenly started shaking if I drove over 25 mph; explained everything in detail and eased my worries, and got the parts in by the next morning so I had my car back super fast. The courtesy drivers were fabulous at keeping in touch, dropping me off at work and picking me up from home when my car was ready. More
