Great customer service! The shuttle service was great and timely. The new keybob made my old key bob stop working and the led indicators on the 2nd set I was provided don’t work, but I haven’t asked them abo timely. Saturday, as I entered Andrew Toyota I was hoping Andrew Akhahon would be working. When I saw him I was relieved. I purchased my 2018 Camry with Andrew and he is one of the reasons I came back to Andrew Toy Akhahon would be working. When I saw him I was relieved. I was not satisfied with the service that I had received! I had brought in a part to have installed, the part was no good, yet I was not informed of this and was charged over $400 for labor. I brought my Lexus for the first time for service. Allen and Duane had previously told me when I had my Highlander in for service that I could bring my Lexus in for service. My Lexus needed an oil change an and Duane had previously told me when I had my Highlander in for service that I could bring my Lexus in for service. My Lexus needed an oil change and a new battery. I took it to the Lexus dealership across the street which also did a safety check and said I needed new brakes in the rear and a servicing in front brakes totaling over $750. I did not like their assessment of the problem as the car has only 26,000 miles. Decided to bring car across the street for a brake inspection to see what Toyota felt was wrong. After about an hour John indicated the rear rotors And front should be resurfaced. The pads had over half wear left. They recommended changing the brake fluid. My relationship with Diane the service manager goes back to mid 80’s and he provided some discounts. All in the work came in at over $350 less than Lexus quoted. Also upsetting me was that the Lexus service manager acted like he never heard of the Costco service discount program. The service manager at Lexus never returned my calls My words of wisdom is stay away from Lexus dealership unless you want to pay a lot for work which may not be needed. I have never had a service issue with Andrew Toyota and appreciate their honesty and quality of work. More
