Took way too long to change oil...2+ hours. Apparently, mechanic installed wrong oil filter and needed filter was not in stock...had to retrieve from different location. Not very happy with my most recent service at this location. I took my vehicle in for a regular oil change. They told me the oil was leaking and charged me $90 for a dye and degrease just to tell me i location. I took my vehicle in for a regular oil change. They told me the oil was leaking and charged me $90 for a dye and degrease just to tell me it was the o ring on the oil filter. Well Toyota did my last oil change. Also got the car back with No car wash, fluids weren’t topped, and tires not filled up. I texted the service advisor my concerns and never heard back. More

Great service, my issue is with the showroom and waiting room. It’s quite unpleasant showroom, looks like a co friction site and there’s no cool cars to even check out.
