There isn’t enough space here to go over all the things that went wrong. It was the most horrible experience I’ve had with Toyota over the last 30 years. I have real concerns about bringing my car in to have the heated seats put in when they were supposed to have been in installed already. I was lied to and mislead through the entire process. I will never recommend this dealership again. More
