Disappointing service experience. I am lacking trust and hope they will reach out to resolve. Told brake repair was recommended yet when the multipoint inspection sheet was provided, repair need seemed dubi hope they will reach out to resolve. Told brake repair was recommended yet when the multipoint inspection sheet was provided, repair need seemed dubious at best. Also had 3 papers in the car saying parts had been cleaned for covid. That’s good until you see a service guy without gloves on entering your car to move it again and contaminating all those cleaned surfaces. Also not all employees wore masks. More
