In the last few years I was very disappointed by the customer service and upset everytime I needed to utilize their services. In fact I swore to never use them again!! After working with the Service Manager, it "appears" employee training occurred...that or new employees were hired. In any event, I am now content to submit a survey and share positivity as I feel the services referred and performed were valid and necessary for my safety and benefit instead of mere solicitation and solely for the good of the dealership.
