Too expensive, work is just okay. The only reason I came was because my car had a recall and I had a coupon for an oil change. The cost for a new headlight proved to me that I won’t come back. A headlight bulb cost $15 ay market price and you charge $75 to change it. That’s $69 for the change and that’s an obscene amount. More
Recently purchased a 2020 4 Runner and worked with Allen Good to add Running Boards & Bug Shield. The Service was fabulous. I have been a happy customer of Andrew Toyota for 20 years. In that time I have leased and/or purchased three SUVs and had all service performed at Andrew. Over the years I have come to know Service Man years. In that time I have leased and/or purchased three SUVs and had all service performed at Andrew. Over the years I have come to know Service Manager Allen Good and trust him completely for advice on my autos. Whenever I have questions or a worry, I go to Allen and he never lets me down. Andrew service techs never perform work that isn't needed. When they find something unexpected even if it is small and not expensive, they find me and explain things and ask if they should correct that. If it can be put off til next visit, they tell me that too.. If they say the auto will be ready in and hour to an hour and half, it is. If the wait is longer, I get a ride with their drivers. I've met two and they are nice guys and professional drivers. Service Department staff promptly meet me by my truck. They look up my service history and tell me what they need to do today. They are all courteous. prompt and professional. More
