Satisfactory service but wished staff were wearing masks June 2020 Review (COVID): Staff were friendly and service was done well and to my expectations. Some COIVD precautions were being implemented such as June 2020 Review (COVID): Staff were friendly and service was done well and to my expectations. Some COIVD precautions were being implemented such as standing 6ft apart. However, I was surprised that service staff especially at checkout were not wearing masks at the time of my service. Masks are worn to protect others, so surprised that they were not taking this precaution to protect customers and fellow employees. It is very easy to access masks (even disposable ones) these days and would recommend that management encourage staff to wear them for the benefit of others. More
