I live in Iowa and reached out to them via cars.com to check on vehicles availability. Was told it was available. Told the sales person what we had for a trade in. They agreed to take the trade. Drive fro check on vehicles availability. Was told it was available. Told the sales person what we had for a trade in. They agreed to take the trade. Drive from Iowa to Milwaukee to do the deal. Vehicle is not ready to test drive. Sales person and his manager start arguing in front my wife and I. Manager says he does not want my trade in. My wife and I are paying in full with CC. Manager and sales person arguing again because the manager wants us to finance it with a bank. Then they refuse to take our CC telling us we will have to drive back to Iowa and get a cashier's check or personal check for 9500. After arguing with several people, they finally agreed to let us use the CC. If someone does not want to finance the manager should not argue about that with sales person and demand that. More

Very pleased. My salesman really knew what he was selling and could tell me everything I needed to know about the Toyota Tundra. The finance person I had was probably the best I ever had she was very helpfu and could tell me everything I needed to know about the Toyota Tundra. Realistic Help During a Pandemic I had just lost my job due to the Corona Virus and had little in savings, when my tire kept going flat. I took it to Toyota to have the tire checked I had just lost my job due to the Corona Virus and had little in savings, when my tire kept going flat. I took it to Toyota to have the tire checked (praying it was just a nail). But it wasn't, the whole valve assembly had to be replaced and that cost more than I could afford. So, the service rep and technician suggested that I exchange my spare tire with the tire in need of repair until I could get it fixed. They analyzed the problem, found a solution within my budget, changed my tires for me, and didn't charge me a penny to do it! Plus they gave me a pack of cookies and sent me home a very happy customer. Thank you Toyota! PJ More
