Little evidence of COVID preventive measures My only complaint is the lack of obvious precautions regarding COVID19. I saw only one associate in the facility who was masked. My car was delivered by an associate with neither mask or gloves, and no sanitizing was done before I drove the car out. On the other hand, the service, as always, was excellent. The courtesy driver was wonderful -- and he was masked. More
