They set me up with a "free" oil change a month in advance. When I got there they said it would take an hour. I asked why it would take so long. They said because they had to do an inspection of the advance. When I got there they said it would take an hour. I asked why it would take so long. They said because they had to do an inspection of the vehicle. I denied the inspection hoping the service would be quicker. Turns out they didn't have any of the parts available to do a simple oil change on a car they sold me. The oil change ended up taking two and a half hours. I will never let them service another one of my cars ever. Bad service. I won't be back. More

Second time was the charm. I had to have my car towed back to Andrew the day after I drove it in for brake service. The next day my car started making tremendous noise and the I had to have my car towed back to Andrew the day after I drove it in for brake service. The next day my car started making tremendous noise and the brakes were vibrating. It turned out that a bolt had broken and needed to be replaced. Now my car is well and I am pleased. More
