Great buying experience My experience with Marc at Andrew Toyota was excellent. At first, I wasn't considering purchasing a vehicle from Andrew. But I have a long, positive My experience with Marc at Andrew Toyota was excellent. At first, I wasn't considering purchasing a vehicle from Andrew. But I have a long, positive history with their service department, so I thought that I'd give them consideration. I first connected with Matt, via an internet inquiry. He directed me to Marc when I visited the dealership. My focus was on the purchase of a late model Sienna (since my 12 year old one was nearing the end of it's life). I had interest in two and test drove one of them. (The other was receiving service.) Marc has a prompt, pleasant, straight-forward communication style. In fact, he left me a voicemail 10 minutes after I left to give me an update on the one of the Siennas! I decided to purchase the test-driven mini-van on the next day. I communicated via text with Marc, and arranged time to complete the purchase price, trade-in, and other documents. Although Marc was busy with others, he dedicated time to fulfill my needs. Overall, Marc (and Chris, the finance manager) really listened to my needs and offered me a reasonable deal that fits my family's needs. I highly recommend Marc at Andrew! More
