If you have a day to spare. We went for a test ride in the wrong car, not the one I called about and was told was available. After a couple of hours the correct car was located. I tried to help locate the car by walking around clicking the car remote. My salesman finally located it in a bay inside the building. To be fair, not quite 2 1/2 hours of the 8 1/2 that I was there was waiting for my son to comes and see the car, and then he and I went to lunch. When I returned I said I wanted to buy the car, and then waited for hours to do so, no bargaining on the price, just waiting. Why should it take over six hours? I was offered water. The last, over an hour, I waited for someone to have the time to try and sell me a warranty for around 50% of what I was paying for the car, I declined. While waiting for that salesman I talked with a woman who had been waiting for over an hour and a half for an oil change, she said she would never return. I wasn't even bothering with financing, I put $2500 down and was returning with a cashiers check for the rest the following day. My salesman was very personable, but if he didn't have time for me, he should have passed off to another salesman. I'm old, I don't have days to waste sitting in a car dealership. The service time was inexcusable. More

An ulterior purpose was to get feedback from the mechanic about the road worthiness of the 20 year old pickup. The most important conclusion offered by the mechanic was that it was time to retire the vehicle. After 20 years of ownership, the corrosion on the frame was serious. So my goal is to turn the vehicle over to a salvage firm in the near future. All of the service work done on this vehicle was done at Andrew and the predecessor Schlesinger auto sales firm. It was purchased from Schlesinger in Dec 1999. I have no complaints. Personnel were always competent and businesslike. The vehicle closely matched the various specifications in the original sales literature. For example, It got 21 miles per gallon over the 20 years. And it was used for many tasks. There were never regrets about having purchased this vehicle. More

Found the problem immediately I was having a problem with my daughter's Nissan, and we had taken it to the local Nissan dealer for repair.
